As known by most in the area, Merangking Primary School will hold their first 'Manau'thon activity. OK.. many, if not, some, may ask "What is Manauthon?"...
Here's where the magical Wizard of Explanation comes in... Ehem! *clears throat*
'Manau' in Dusun language means 'walk' or in Malay 'berjalan'. So, basically by now, everyone should have a rough idea what it is! YES! Our first ever WALKATHON to held NEXT weekend! Yippeeee!! It is open to public, especially those of Mukim Bukit Sawat. It is an activity to raise funds for the celebration of Merangking Family Day.
What's fun about it is the cause we deliver! From all the money raised from the 'manau'thon, 10% will be donated to the Tabung Anak-Anak Yatim Daerah Belait. What you give us, we give it back to the community.
