To rural zone schools, you can download the form from this blog and submission date is on the 22nd April 2010 (Thursday).
Each rural zone school has to pay B$50.00 except for SR DMS Dian Sukang & SR Melilas, they have to pay B$10.00 only. Payment can be made to Cikgu Alysia Jong [SRM] before 27th April 2010 (Tuesday).
