InsyaAllah.

Should be named Bengkel Motivasi melalui kebudayaan or whatever motivasi from the start. Trouble comes when you don't think over, don't plan and prepare adequately. if only you did that you wouldn't have to explain yourself and blame others for not understanding .
Thankyou 'munpahambisai' for the comment.
Again its not a motivational program, ita a CULTURAL MEET. Have you not been to any cultural meet before?.. If not, then its ok. Understanding comes from knowledge and EXPERIENCE you know.
We have been doing this sort of thing for years and YES, its all thought of, planned and prepared adequately.
Seems like the problem is misunderstanding rather than not able to understand.
Not to forget miscommunication.
I HAVE TO DEFEND MY SCHOOL FOR THIS!!
Designing a big project as this does require very deep thinking you know... so with that very deep thinking comes the well established planning.
it's IMPOSSIBLE that WE DIDN'T THINK OVER, WE DIDN'T PLAN or WE DIDN'T PREPARE ADEQUATELY.
Certain people [like you] just 'pandang dengan mata' without understanding or knowing what's below the surface [it wouldn't hurt to ask]. We ONLY do projects we are CONFIDENT to SUCCEED but people just condemned us when they hear one part of the story. Funny kn how the systems works? Mentang2 idea ulu school so nda dapat pakai la? That's just typical 'educators' being all, in this case DARE I SAY, 'schoolcist' Those people just don't see how the project would work like we did! They're 'short-sighted' for these kind of things, but for us, WE STRIVE TO MAKE THINGS WORK. In the end, it ALWAYS DOES! :)
Like said by you, munpahambisai, and I quote:
"if only you did that you wouldn't have to explain yourself and blame others for not understanding"I DO NOT have to explain myself, on behalf of my school, to you BUT I still blame others for not understanding. BUKA MATA TU BASAR2, PEBAIK TAH BULAR OLEHNYA! RINGANKAN MULUT BERTANYA! NDA KALI SAKIT AH...
MunPahamBisai
MunNdaPahamBetanya
MunSalahPaham?..
Theres your problem right there..
Well as I said, you wouldn't have to explain yourself.
Alhamdulillah.. Syukurlah..
Congratulations on the projek going well. I apologize if I hurt anyone's feelings but I won't take back what I said because it was my honest opinion. And if I had meant to embarrass your school I would have done it at Brudirect, but my intention, to me at least, wasn't that.
My criticism wasn't directed at the whole school but at the leadership. It is always the leadership. And again it is just an opinion. And as a blog opened to all, criticism should be expected. If you only expect praises, you won't be able to improve yourselves or the school. If you think my comment was rude then you haven't been on the internet long (I can see one comment removed from this post).
"Mentang2 idea ulu school so nda dapat pakai la? That's just typical 'educators' being all, in this case DARE I SAY, 'schoolcist'"..... Do you really think that people working in town schools think like that or even care where you come from. Well I don't and I've worked in Ulu schools for many wonderful years. If you got intelligent and hardworking people working in an organisation, then it doesn't matter where you work.
Again I apologise to all of you. I'll try to remember to keep my opinion to myself next time I read your blog.
By the way, nice blog.
Live long and prosper. Always strive for excellence no matter where you are.
Best regards.
Alhamdulillah...
I'm sure everyone at SRM was happy with yesterday's outcome..
as long as the pupils yesterday had fun and they learned what they didn't know was enough for me... I enjoyed the smiles they gave during performances and also the excitement they showed during gulintangan... we actually wondered what you would say.. hahaha... we were worried too... :)
I would also like to apologise for the rudeness I share in here.. I guess being pushed down with loads of work really does get to you in a way. sorry again if I hurt your feelings...
Like said, it's an open blog.. so it is open for a critic every now and then... no one's perfect... so every flaw should be told... don't hold yourself back. if u didn't do what you did, we wouldn't have given it our very best. your comments actually helped us.. thanks again...
so i hope you can give us your honest opinion in the future... it's the least you can do for us to improve ourselves... I enjoy teaching in the Ulu, I really do. I maybe a new teacher, but in a way i think i know how u felt being in here to teach. :)
So, we will be expecting you again in the future.. till then take care!:)
As an intellectual being, Munpahambisai, there are no stopping you to comment or share your opinion, and we consider to accept and respect it.
I would consider posting to Brudirect trying to embarassing something or someone as a cowardly act. Which I believe you are not, thankyou.
The whole project wouldn't be happening if it weren't for everyone who worked hard at it and I believe everyone did the best they can.. and I personally thank them for that. So any general comment would goes to everyone involved.
"My criticism wasn't directed at the whole school but at the leadership. It is always the leadership."
- I agree, its true its always the leadership. So please choose your leaders correctly.
"If you only expect praises, you won't be able to improve yourselves or the school."
- I agree too. Problems arised during the whole project was all MISUNDERSTANDING between leaderships and its always been that from the start.. too bad some people tend to bare the consequences.
"If you think my comment was rude then you haven't been on the internet long (I can see one comment removed from this post)."
- Hehe. Again another misunderstanding.. that removed post was mine. I deleted it due to embarassing grammatical mistakes.
Didn't expect it to show it was being removed though.
I am sorry about the 'schoolcist' issue. And I believe you've had wonderful years in ulu schools, but I bet less people wants to get back to ulu. I agreed again having the right people in an organisation is the key to make things happen.. EVEN under a bad leadership.
We also would like to apologise to you if our replies have been harsh but we all do have our say and opinion don't we?
Whatever the result of the whole project, I wish all misunderstanding to be settled.
As to whatever your opinion is mr/ms munpahambisai... we wish it to be more precise and based on directly understood facts. Instead of posting, try call us directly in the future for better clarification. No more misunderstanding please.
Thankyou and hope to see you again.
Now we have a meeting again.. It'll never stop...
