MALAYSIAN-ASEAN SCIENCE & MATH OLYMPIADS (MASMO) 2014
Students of SR.Merangking once again proved their excellencies in The MASMO competition held earlier this year.
For Maths, Izz'atul Fathiah binti Hj Hazman got MERIT for the Year 3 Category.
On the other hand, for Science, we got 1 Silver award (by Izz Fikry bin Hj Hazman, Year 6), 2 Bronze awards (by Nur Hidayatul Wajidah binti Suhaimi, Year 5 & Izz'atul Fathiah binti Hj Hazman, Year 3) and a Merit (by Nur Atiqah Ayuni binti Abdullah).

Rakaman RTB @ SRM!!!
Pada 14hb Rejab 1435H bersamaan 14hb Mei 2014M pihak RTB telah berkesudian menemu ramah Guru Besar, guru-guru dan murid-murid mengenai hal ehwal Sekolah Rendah Merangking. Soalan berbentuk pencapaian dan perlaksanaan pembelajaran telah dipertengahkan.

Creative Maths Seminar Ulu Belait daripada Che Man
Pada hari Sabtu 8 Rejab 1435H bersamaan dengan 8 Mei 2014M SR Bukit Sawat, SR Merangking dan SR Labi telah sama-sama mengadakan Seminar Matematik Kreatif yang diungkayahkan oleh Che Man daripada Malaysia. Beliau menerangkan pelbagai kaedah dan formula yang boleh diterapkan oleh murid-murid dalam menjawab soalan matematik.
Beliau juga memuji salah seorang murid dari SR Merangking iaitu Awg Izz Fikry kerana Izz Fikry beliau telah berjaya menghasilkan satu formula untuk dikongsi bersama dengan para hadirin. Formula itu dikenali dengan nama "Formula Pelangi Awang M". Acara itu bertempat di dewan Kampung Sungai Mau Ulu Belait.

Pertandingan Catur
Alhamdulillah Awg Danish Wafiq telah berjaya mendapat tempat ke 10 dalam pertandingan catur sekolah-sekolah rendah yang telah di adakan di SR Sg Liang. In Sya Allah beliau adalah di antara 10 orang peserta yang akan bertanding di peringkat seterusnya tidak lama lagi.

SR.Merangking Reaching The Star @ PEAKS!
Just right before the first term of school holidays
started, Cikgu Johari & Cikgu Alysia attended the last phase of PEAKS;
Level 4 & 5 @ The Baze of The Empire Hotel, which lasted for 4 days ( 10th
- 13th March).
The outcome of the course is to come up with a strategic plan that is specially designed to fit our school's current state. Strategic goals and actions are planned to be achieved in order to reach our vision: "Nurturing ICT cultures in school by creating & providing an innovative e-confident environment, to support & promote life-long learning", which is aligned with our MOE's vision.
During the process, lots of interesting and useful information was shared.

Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang Akhir Tahun 2013
Terdapat dua pelajar Sekolah Rendah Merangking telah di anugerahkan pelajar cemerlang zon belait sesi akhir tahun 2013 iaitu Awang Izz Fikry murid tahun 5 dan Dyg Izzatul Fathiah murid tahun 2. Terdapat 3 orang murid dari sekolah rendah yang lain yang turut dianugerahkan pelajar cemerlang . Menteri Pendidikan Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Apong telah berkesudian untuk menganugerahkan anugerah pelajar cemerlang kepada 5 orang pelajar cemerlang Sekolah Rendah zon belait tahun 2013.

SEAMEO Japan ESD Award
Alhamdulillaah Sekolah Rendah Merangking adalah di antara 14 buah dari 126 buah sekolah di ASEAN yang menerima Sijil pengiktirafan bagi 2013 SEAMEO-Japan ESD Award dengan bertemakan Values In Education. Ia mengambil kira pelbagai aspek Nilai (Values) dan best practices yang di amalkan bagi setiap sekolah.

Murid SR Merangking mendapat hadiah murid cemerlang!!
Dayang NurIzzatul Fathiah telah mendapat hadiah murid cemerlang keseluruhan Sekolah Ugama bagi Murid Rendah Bawah. Beberapa buah piala dianugerahkan kepada beliau. Syabas diucapkan dan semoga sentiasa cemerlang di masa hadapan. :D
